TO RUN IS TO LIVE

The How and the Why

I started running because my wife wanted to get into it.  She asked me to download her a Couch to 5K podcast, which I did after a few months of reminders (not nagging).  As it turned out, I decided it might be a fun thing to try myself, and the rest is history.  In the years since, it has become a huge part of my life, being of huge benefit to my physical, mental and social health.  I love to run all distances, but the full marathons are my favourite stories to tell.
